Backfile Scanning Services

If you are contemplating converting paper documents to image, the most daunting task you may have is determining how much to convert. At CAD/CAM Services, we understand the importance of having access to the information you need - when you need it.

We perform backfile conversions on paper documents from 3”x3” to large format drawlings. In addition, we can provide conversions of your microfilm and microfiche. Once the backfile conversion is complete, the image are output for use with our Image Viewer software, or third party viewer of your choice, and either moved to our on-line archive or mastered to CD-ROMs, DVD, or tape for easy storage, access and distribution.

Our professional, highly skilled staff safeguards all document while they are in our care during this process, storing the documents in secured areas at all times. The backfile conversion can be completed on our premises or at your location of choice. If you are purchasing a portfolio with large volume of paper documents, rather than having the paper sent to you, our personnel can image documents on the seller's premises, send you the images for review and ship the physical files for storage.
